This policy explains what personal data the Easy Life website collects, why we collect it, and what choices you have. It applies to easylife.uz and to the consultation requests sent from it.
Data you give us
When you submit the consultation form we receive only the fields you fill in:
- Name and phone number, which are required so we can call you back.
- Email address, which is optional and used only to reply in writing.
- The service you selected and any message you wrote.
- The page address you submitted from and the interface language, which help us understand the request.
Data collected automatically
Like most websites, we measure how the site is used. Google Tag Manager (which loads Google Analytics) and Yandex Metrica record technical data such as your IP address, approximate location, device and browser, referring source, and the pages and buttons you interact with. Yandex Metrica also has session replay (Webvisor) and click maps enabled, which record on-page interactions in an anonymised form.
Our contact endpoint additionally keeps a short-lived, hashed record of the IP address a request came from. It exists purely to limit automated spam and expires within 15 minutes.
Why we use it
We use the data you submit to respond to your request, prepare a quote, and arrange installation work. We use analytics data in aggregate to see which services people look for and to improve the site. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects.
Who else sees it
We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for third-party advertising. It is handled by a small number of parties strictly to make the site work:
- Our email and hosting provider, which transmits and stores the consultation requests sent to info@easylife.uz.
- Google (Tag Manager and Analytics) and Yandex (Metrica), which process the analytics data described above under their own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
Consultation requests stay in our mailbox for as long as we need them for the enquiry and any resulting work, and are deleted on request. Analytics data is retained by Google and Yandex according to their own retention periods. The anti-spam record of your IP address is deleted automatically within 15 minutes.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you by writing to info@easylife.uz. You can refuse analytics by using your browser's tracking protection or an ad blocker, by enabling Do Not Track, or by installing the official opt-out add-ons offered by Google and Yandex. Refusing analytics does not affect your ability to use the site or to send a request.
